A Netflix spokesperson confirmed to The Huffington Post that this incredible, “Star Trek”-laden back-and-forth between a subscriber and a customer service representative is indeed real.
I now want a job with Netflix.
True story: I called customer service because I couldn’t get Grey’s Anatomy to play for more than 5 minutes at a time. When the episode finally started, it was the one where the shooter comes to the hospital. When he asked “Is there anything else I can do?” I sarcastically said, “Make the sadness go away.” So he stayed on the phone and said, “I’ll stay right here for as long as you need me.” I watched the entire episode with him, cried, and he said, ‘It’s Always Sunny’ is in your list. You should watch some. You need to smile.”
